Engagement
Services begin only after a signed Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement. Website content is informational and not a binding offer.
Compliance
All creative is reviewed against NMC, MCI, ART Act, PCPNDT, ASCI and Google/Meta health policies. Client must provide accurate clinical and registration data.
Confidentiality
Mutual NDA applies to all engagement data, including patient enquiry counts, CRM exports and dashboard access.
Limitation of liability
Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
Term & termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Fees for services rendered remain payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
Acceptable use of this website

Deliverables produced for clients are licensed (not assigned) for the client's internal use, unless the engagement contract explicitly assigns ownership.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on this page with an updated 'last updated' date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
